Chinese Cuisine Project
For their Second Marking Period projects, students were required to make a traditional Chinese dish and write a report.
The best student dishes will be featured on Chinese New Year 2019.
Students were required to write a report, including writing out the recipe with detailed instructions, ingredients and measurements. In addition, the report must include a photo of the student making the dish at each step of the culinary process. Students were allowed to chose any traditional Chinese dish and were graded on taste and accuracy of the representation. All students in school tasted and cast a vote for their favorite dish! The winning dish – traditional Red Bean Soup with Colored Tapioca!
