Swimming Coaches

Elite Group Swimming Lessons are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week. Classes are held at the Ricochet Health and Racquet Center at 219 St. Nicholas Ave., South Plainfield, NJ. Each lesson is 75 minutes.

The Ricochet Health and Racquet Center has received one of the highest rankings in the country for swimming instruction. Class instruction will involve fundamental swim skills and with emphasis on swimming freestyle, backstroke, and elementary backstroke. For more advanced swimmers, instructors will work on endurance, stroke refinement, and the breast stroke.
