Education should be delivered through multiple means of expression. Every student has a different learning style and background which must be reflected by the lesson plan design. Curriculum should focus on individual advancement but must also foster a communal aura among the student body. In order to achieve both outcomes, students should be tailored on an individual basis, while at the same time; students must collaborate with one another in group settings.
